Poor oral hygiene is the most common cause of bad breath. It leads to a rapid buildup of plaque on the teeth thus generating acids and gases. This makes the breath offensive and also promotes caries and periodontal disease.

in these circumstances is not difficult. Just make sure that you thoroughly clean your teeth after every meal and before retiring. Don’t forget that plaque starts to form on your teeth within minutes of your cleaning them. The longer they go un-cleaned the more the plaque will build up and the more your breath will offend.
