Have you tried just about everything to treat bad breath only to find out nothing works? How to Prevent Post Nasal Drip Bad Breath

You probably know that spicy foods and bad oral hygiene can result in bad breath. But, did you know that post nasal drip can create he same result? Even the term “post nasal drip” may seem baffling at first. However, post nasal drip bad breath and solutions for it exist.

Post nasal drip occurs when mucus falls from the back of your nose or throat. As time passes, mucus begins to sit on the nose’s and throat’s linings, creating symptoms such as coughs, halitosis, sore throats, and post nasal drip.  

Many over-the-counter and prescription medicines can fight nasal drip. But those products can dry out your mouth, thus causing post nasal drip bad breath.  

Here is one natural remedy for treating nasal drip: first, fill up a saucepan with water, and then heat the water until it starts to boil. Then, pour one cup of white vinegar into the boiling water. Next, inhale the remedy, but avoid getting too close to it!

You do not have to live like a pariah just because your breath reeks of garlic. There are many remedies that you can try, and you do not have to look far and wide for a bad breath natural remedy.
